with Multiaxial Dynatup Impact, Izod Impact, Chemical
Compatibility, Density, Specific Gravity, Rockwell
Hardness, Shore Hardness, Charpy Impact, Taber
Abrasion, Tensile Impact and actual part performance
testing to name just a few. |

Quadtech Digi-Bridge and Multimeters used
for Dielectric Constant, Dissipation Factor, Volume
Resistivity and Surface Resistivity testing. Dielectric
Strength testing up to 100,000 volts in air, oil
or even at elevated temperature is also available.

Accelerated weathering of plastics, elastomers,
composites, coatings and painted plaques up to
2X solar irradiance. Multiple Xenon-arc weatherometer
machines ensure convenience in starting new programs.
Wide variety of holders allows exposure of virtually
all types of test specimens or end-use parts.
Q-Panel QUV/se Accelerated Weathering Tester uses
UVA-340 or UVB-313 lamps for accelerated weathering
in the ultraviolet spectrum of plastics, elastomers,
composites, coatings and painted plaques. |

Perkin Elmer Thermomechanical Analyzer used
for Coefficient of Thermal Expansion tests. Other
Thermal testing includes Differential Scanning
Calorimetry (DSC), Heat Deflection Temperature,
Melting Point Determinations, Flammability Tests,
Oxygen Index, Thermogravametric Analysis (TGA),
Vicat Softening Point, and full UL Thermal Indexing
Programs. |

Capillary Rheometer used to measure viscosity
at varied shear rates for sophisticated processing
characterizations, lot to lot comparisons and
degradation studies. Other rheological capabilities
include Melt Flow Index, Intrinsic Viscosity,
Die Swell Measurement, Brookfield Viscosity, Inherent
Viscosity and Relative Viscosity to name just
a few.

on plastic parts after environmental exposure.
