1. Extruder:


a) Twin screw, conical in shape, size -diameter 80/140 mm, length-1660mm, Output-180~220  
     kg/hr. from CINCINNATI MILACRON, AUSTRIA. Imported from Germany .

b)  Panel Board: Controls all the motors and heaters automatically.
      Imported from Germany along with extruder.

a) Coat Hanger Die: 850 mm in width, for film thickness ranging from 0.2mm ~ 1.0mm.
     Imported from Germany .

3. Calendar machine and Rolling Machine (winding):


a) Totally 5 rolls, from Reifenhauser , Germany . High chrome finished calendar casting station      with separate cooling and heating. 2 rolls for sheet-take off station, roller size of 1020mm O/D      and width 1020mm, 1 roll of 920mm O/D with width of 1020mm.

b) Separate panel board for operating and controlling temperature for this calendaring machine.

c) Edge cutting and rolling machine with 2 motors with separate starters to run alternatively. Width     of the Roller is 1220mm.This machine is also from Reinfenhauser , Germany .
