  Designer of machines and plastic equipment, Production manager of Silicate and FRP Plastic Fabrication plant. Responsibility also on design and strength calculations of FRP equipment.  
   
 3  Local plant manager,1980-82, Oy Huber Ab/Muotekno Oy, Imatra.  
 4  Managing Director, Oy Muotekno Ab (company jointly owned by Neste Oy and Oy Wiik & Höglund Ab),1982-98, Imatra.

Expanding Muotekno Oy`s operations by acquisition of Oy Sul-Mu Ab, Plastilon Oy, Sipap Pipe Systems.

S.A. France and establishing a sales office in Germany. 

Thereafter Oy Muotekno Ab was one of the biggest FRP enterprises in the world

 Participating in Neste Oy`s projects as follows:

- A project in France 3 months.

- Establishing a joint venture in Russia, 1 year project time.

- A plant manager, Plastilon Oy Porvoo, 1 year contract time.

- Shutting down of the works in Porvoo, when Neste Oy decided to withdraw from FRP business operations.

Thereafter acting as an other Main Owner,Technical Director and  Deputy Managing Director of Muotekno Oy 1995-2002.

Selling out of Plastilon Oy`s shares, 2002.

Moving into the service of the Municipal Development Enterprise, in the town of Imatra.

Acting as a Project manager at the Composite plastics Department,   2002-2004.

At the same time starting to study at Lappeenranta Technical  University, 2000-2002 and graduating M.Sc (Mechanical engineering).

Continue the studies, 2003, aiming to graduate D.Sc (under way).

The main subjects of the studies are mechanical construction and strength calculations and other sub subjects are timber- and composite plastics materials.

Consultancy services in developing designing, strength calculations and cost controlling.

The main materials are composites, plastics, wood plastic composite and various metals.

A program used in the strength calculations is Nastran / FEM.
